More precisely with the provision tof law 4611/2019 (Official Journal Number A 73/17.05.2019) with title –Settlement of debts of Social Security Institutions, Tax Administration and first-degree OTAs, State pension schemes and other insurance and retirement provisions, Reinforcement of employee protection and other provisions– new deadlines for payment of the main pensions are set
This provision is as follows:

Section 34
Dates of payment of the main monthly EFKA annuities
1. The payment date of the main monthly EFKA annuities is defined as follows:
A) For employees on the penultimate working day of the previous month
b) For unemployed on the penultimate working day of the previous month
2. In exceptional cases, the dates in paragraph 1 may be changed after reasoned decision of the board of directors of EFKA and approval of the Minister of Labour, Social Security and Social Solidarity
3. By decision of the Minister of Labor, Social Security and Social Solidarity, all the details necessary for its implementation are regulated, as well as the terms of its application to entities that pay non-reduced benefits to a monthly basis.
4. From entry into force of this all other provisions to the contrary are repealed

The provisions of this law from its publication in the Official Journalunless otherwise specified in its individual provisions
Payment of the main and supplementary pensions on the same date
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, in cooperation with the e-EFKA administration, has decided that the payment of main and auxiliary pensions will be made on the same date on a permanent basis
Thus, the supplementary pensions for the month of July 2023 will be paid simultaneously on the same dates as the main pensions
Pension payment July 2023
Based on the above provisions, the retreats July 2023 OAEE, OGA and ETAA freelancers must be paid on the penultimate working day of the previous month of June 2023 and the payment of the main and supplementary pensions will be made respectively on the same date
Further however, in line with the previous month, and in order to avoid bank congestion, retirees from large funds will, unless unforeseen, be paid on different dates according to their last AMKA number.
